The real reason the ‘cementazo’ is so scary for Costa Rica – and so important

 Why the Chinese cement scandal has unlocked such a huge wave of worry among Costa Ricans, because while all three branches of government have been questioned, the Judicial Branch is the most sensitive. but with problem of Cementazo we could see the corruption  in the system.

We can also judge  the legislature or the administration of President Luis Guillermo Solís. The Judicial Branch is the winner because never was that kind of corruption,  the president of the judicial branch quited .
